Before You Order

DeewarJee Wallet — Registered customers earn 7.5% cashback on every order, credited after delivery. Wallet points can be applied at checkout and expire after 100 days.

Shipping — Free shipping on orders over Rs 899. A Rs 50 shipping fee applies below that. Cash-on-delivery orders carry standard courier COD charges; for COD orders of Rs 1500+, a Rs 200 advance payment is required.

Pre-Orders — Available for items that are temporarily out of stock. Only one pre-order item is allowed per order, prepaid only (no COD), and shipping is free. Cancelling a pre-order incurs a fee of 10% of the item's value or Rs 100, whichever is higher.

Payment Trouble — Failed payments are typically refunded within 12–24 hours. If a payment keeps failing, try logging out and back in before retrying.

After You Order

Cancellations & Changes — Requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order; once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Registered customers can cancel their own COD orders from their account; prepaid orders and guest checkouts require emailing thesajidali1997@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges — Email thesajidali1997@gmail.com with your order ID. For defective items, send photos first — a physical return often isn't required. Any free gifts included with the order must be returned along with the product.

Late Delivery — If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, contact us within 24–48 hours of that date.
