Refund & Returns Policy

What Can Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, masks, boxers, vests, headgear, and socks can't be returned. Other non-apparel items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Apparel can be exchanged for an item of equal value or refunded.

All returns must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or incorrect items: Record an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened in one continuous shot, and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping charges are only refunded if the mistake was ours.

How to Request a Return (within our 100-day window)

1. Email thesajidali1997@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of wanting to return an item.
2. Wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
3. Ship the item back within 100 days of delivery.

We add Rs 100 to your wallet to cover return shipping (once per order — additional replacement requests incur a further Rs 100 fee). Any free gifts received with the order must be returned along with it.

Processing Times

Replacements ship within 3–5 days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds are initiated within 3–5 days; card refunds take 3–12 business days to reflect, and e-wallet refunds within 24 hours.
